A full day, fully loaded workshop to help you maximize your business planning and creative success for 2024.
We all have lofty goals, but how disciplined are you at sitting down and really planning your year? Cate and Shawn will do what they do best… juxtapose both the right brain and left brain approaches to maximizing studio success. This intimate workshop setting will use a sit-down and roll up your sleeves approach to designing your 2024 success – both business and creative – while boosting your confidence to slay 2024.

Vision Board + Brainstorm
Cate will lead you through an inspired and constructive Session to help you build a 2024 vision board. Using mindfulness and soul-informed goals, we will construct a visual you can manifest on the daily.
Financial Goal Setting module
You can do some pre-work, and bring your studio specific numbers to the table. Cate will help run you through the financials, and discuss all of the things to consider in planning your profit-centered business structure.
Morning Light: Lifestyle + Boudoir Storytelling using Natural Light
Known for her sensual storytelling approach to boudoir, Cate will guide you through a lifestyle-focused boudoir session using available light, and show you how she achieves maximum image sales in every session through this method. 50, 60, and 70 image albums!
Brand Champions: Building Client Advocacy + Growth
Shawn and the Couture Black business model ROCKS on brand ambassadorship. Shawn can guide you through how his studio builds these boudoir-addicted relationships, creates ultra loyal stewardship through the Bombshell approach and maximizes repeat clientele.
Day to Night: with Studio Lighting
Techniques to suit your tastes Maybe you’re struggling to find your signature look. While some of that can be achieved with editing, a large part of that is your lighting style. Having a very versatile lighting knowledge base, Shawn can help walk you through some of the methods you can use to get that sleek, high contrast nighttime look. (This can even add onto your natural light repertoire for additional revenue streams and clientele!). We all have our own lighting tastes, but Shawn can help guide you through some of the ways to use the light that suits your own unique aesthetic!
Q+A Wrap Up
In our intimate, trustworthy setting, we can feel free to discuss the questions and the challenges that we want to eliminate for 2024. And have an open discussion with our peers…A live Brainstorming and problem solving collective!
