Tobi Rose Rabaliati is an underwater fine art and boudoir photographer based in Hood River, Oregon, smack in the middle of the Columbia River Gorge, the windsurfing capital of the world, right between two freaking volcanoes, Mount Hood and Mount Adams!!! This is the spine of the Cascades, and Tobi isn’t just lucky enough to call this wild, ridiculously beautiful place home, she’s a native!!! Born and raised right here in the Columbia River Gorge, this place is in her blood!!! This is ADVENTURE ALLEY!!!
And Tobi uses every freaking bit of it!!!

This is a place where the wind blows hard enough to make Hood River famous, so why fight it?! Put on a gorgeous flowing dress, climb to the top of a mountain and LET IT BLOW!!! Let the wind grab that dress! Let it take your hair! Put the Columbia River and the Gorge behind you and turn the thing this place is famous for into part of the photograph!!!

Get in the water! Bring the lingerie! Bring the horse! Stand beside the waterfall! Head for the mountains! Run barefoot across the beach! Take the dress into Oregon’s incredible Alvord Desert! Tobi makes photographs for people who want something a little less normal and a whole lot more unforgettable!!!

Her underwater work turns ordinary humans into floating works of art using flowing gowns, fabric, reflections, movement and that crazy weightless magic that only happens beneath the surface! You don’t need to be a model! You don’t even need to know how to swim! Tobi will teach you what to do, one breath at a time!!!
And boudoir?!
FORGET PERFECT!!!
Tobi believes boudoir isn’t about being naked, it’s about OWNING THE ROOM!!! It can be sexy, hilarious, dark, soft, powerful, elegant, badass or completely off the rails! There is no correct age, size, shape or version of yourself you need to become first!!! Come exactly as you are, and LET YOUR FREAK FLAG FLY!!! Just a little… or a whole freaking lot if you want to!!!
And who said boudoir belongs in a bedroom?
Tobi will photograph it underwater, on a beach, beside a waterfall, high in the mountains, in the desert, with horses, or wherever the next wild idea sounds too good not to try!!!

Tobi grew up with horses, mountains, rivers, snow, wind, water and ADVENTURE!!! That never really wore off! Neither did her tendency to say, “You know what would be really cool?
That sentence has gotten her into some VERY interesting situations!!!
Her work has taken her from the Pacific Northwest to Florida springs, Las Vegas penthouses, Costa Rican beaches and wherever else she can drag a camera and create something she hasn’t made before!!!

She continues to train through WPPI, AIBP, workshops, mentorships and hands-on education with photographers and artists from around the world — because Tobi has absolutely NO interest in being finished learning!!!
Her goal?

MAKE BADASS ART!!!
HAVE A WHOLE LOT OF FUN!!!
MAKE SOME TROUBLE!!!
AND CREATE PHOTOGRAPHS THAT REMIND YOU EXACTLY WHO THE FUCK YOU ARE!!!
